Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Madison West - Middleton, an IHG Hotel

Our room and lobby were spacious. Bed was very comfortable and the blackout curtain was nice. The pool and hot tub water were very good temperature. Breakfast was good and breakfast room big enough for many to sit. We enjoy playing games in the lobby and we were able to utilize our own table with a tv too!

Hotel was easy to get to from the highway. Well lit parking lot. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff - knew about the area with good places to dine out. Room was very spacious with plenty of room to move around and store our luggage and cooler. Bathroom was very spacious too with shower gels, etc and a hair dryer. Beds were super comfortable and plenty of pillows too. We made sure our room had a couch and it was great to have that sitting area too. Breakfast was awesome. You could get biscuits and gravy, bacon or sausage patties, eggs, dry cereals, mini muffins, bagels, bread, fresh fruit, yogurt, apple and orange juice, milk, coffee and much more. If you left hungry it was not the hotels fault. The pool was great size and the whirlpool too. It was a very quiet hotel too. Could not hear other tvs or people thru the walls. Must be well insulated. : ) We liked our stay so much we extended it by a day.

Excellent hotel! Very pleased with our entire stay. Very clean and up to date facilities. The price was good too. I booked online about a half hour before we arrived, and the front desk already had our keys ready to go. Very fast check in and friendly staff. Best hotel check in I have ever experienced! We stayed in another hotel the night before which cost more and was not even close to as nice as this one was.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were nice since they were more like full-size bottles.

Just glad to have breakfast available and that it was included in the price. A good variety of items . Staff available was working hard to restock and keep up. Our room was roomy and quiet and very clean. It’s always great when hotels are new and obviously have not suffered wear and tear. Location was fabulous. We could walk to restaurants. We came on a motorcycle.
